Dies ist die Hauptursache f\u00fcr die nachlassende k\u00f6rperliche Beweglichkeit \u00e4lterer Menschen. Aus diesem Grund wird \u00e4lteren Menschen empfohlen, sich in angemessener Weise k\u00f6rperlich zu bet\u00e4tigen, wobei der Schwerpunkt auf der Verbesserung der muskul\u00e4ren und aeroben Ausdauer sowie auf der F\u00f6rderung der Stoffwechselgesundheit liegt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Im Jahr 2021 wurde eine Studie durchgef\u00fchrt, an der 42 gesunde \u00e4ltere Menschen (im Alter von 65-82 Jahren) teilnahmen. 12 Wochen lang nahmen sie nat\u00fcrliches Astaxanthin ein und f\u00fchrten regelm\u00e4\u00dfig ein Widerstandstraining durch. Die Autoren dieser Studie kamen zu dem Schluss, dass in der Gruppe der \u00e4lteren Menschen, die nat\u00fcrliches Astaxanthin zu sich nahmen, die Fettoxidation bei \u00dcbungen mit geringer Intensit\u00e4t zunahm und sich die Muskeleffizienz, die Ausdauer und die Leistung verbesserten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>AZORA, ein Verb\u00fcndeter bei der F\u00f6rderung der Muskelgesundheit!
