Shipping and delivery

How long does it take for my order to arrive?

Orders will be delivered within 30 business days of placing the order. Delivery is handled by CTT.

Does delivery have additional costs?

Shipping costs are added to the order.

Returns and refunds

Can I cancel and return my order?

The cancellation or refund process is handled on a case-by-case basis by Algicel. The request must be sent in writing to the contact email address [email protected], up to 15 days after the order, with the instructions for cancellation or return of the merchandise being answered and defined by Algicel, through the same means of communication.

Returned products must be in a saleable condition, that is, in the same condition in which they arrived in the User's hands, without any anomaly or damage.

How can I receive the refund amount?

Whenever possible, the refund should be made using the same payment method, but if this is not possible, the user must present proof of payment and account or card ownership, so that the refund can be made via Bank Transfer.

If the value resulting from the exchange of products in an order is lower or higher than the initial value of the same, the adjustment conditions will be indicated by Algicel.

What is the refund period?

Algicel undertakes to reimburse the User within a maximum period of 30 days.
