Preamble<\/h2>\n

1. These general terms and conditions of sale are agreed between Algicel, Biotecnologia e Investiga\u00e7\u00e3o, Lda, with registered office at Rua Prof. Luciano da Mota Vieira, 28 \u2013 9500 -238 Ponta Delgada, tax identification number 512104492 and contact number +351 926532025, hereinafter referred to as \u201cAlgicel\u201d and people who wish to make purchases through the website www.algicel.pt hereinafter referred to as \u201cUser\u201d.<\/p>\n

2. The parties agree that purchases made through the website www.algicel.pt will be regulated exclusively by this contract, excluding any conditions previously available on the website.<\/p>\n

Article 1 \u2013 Purpose<\/h2>\n

1.The purpose of these general terms and conditions of sale is to provide and define all necessary information to the User regarding the ordering, sale, payment and delivery methods for purchases made on the website www.algicel.pt<\/p>\n

2. These conditions regulate all the steps necessary to place the order and guarantee the tracking of this order between the Contracting Parties.<\/p>\n

Article 2 \u2013 Order<\/h2>\n

1. The User places his\/her order by completing the purchase process presented on the website www.algicel.pt, adding the product(s) or service(s) he\/she wishes to order to the shopping basket:<\/p>\n

2. To submit your order, the User must:<\/p>\n

a) Register on the website www.algicel.pt, providing the information requested there.<\/p>\n

b) Log in (providing an email and password combination chosen by the User when registering).<\/p>\n

c) Complete the information and choose the options available to you throughout the order completion process (delivery and billing address, shipping method, payment method, as well as the NIF and the name that, for tax purposes, you wish to appear on the invoice).<\/p>\n

3. The final confirmation of the order by the User is equivalent to full and complete acceptance of the prices and description of the products available for sale as well as these General Conditions of Sale, which will be the only ones applicable to the contract thus concluded.<\/p>\n

4. Algicel will honor orders received online only while supplies last. If a product is unavailable, Algicel undertakes to inform the User as soon as possible.<\/p>\n

5. The data contained in the invoice is the sole responsibility of the User. Once issued, the invoice cannot be reissued with changes.<\/p>\n

6. Order requests are valid for eight (8) days, unless the order is registered under a promotional campaign that sets a different deadline. Prices, discounts, promotions, and offers cannot be guaranteed beyond this deadline. If payment is not received by our services within this deadline, the order cannot be validated. Any amount received after this date will be refunded or used towards a new order.<\/p>\n

Article 3 \u2013 Payment<\/h2>\n

1. On the website www.algicel.pt, Algicel offers the User the following payment methods via Easypay \u2013 Institui\u00e7\u00e3o de Pagamento Lda:<\/p>\n

  1. Credit card (Visa, Mastercard);<\/li>\n
  2. Multibanco Reference;<\/li>\n
  3. Mb way<\/li>\n
  4. Transfer;<\/li>\n
  5. Paypal;<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    2. In the case of payment by credit card, the User's card will be debited immediately after confirmation of shipment of the merchandise. If some ordered products are out of stock, the amount will be credited to the User's card after the order is completed.<\/p>\n

    Article 4 \u2013 Delivery<\/h2>\n
      \n
    1. Orders will be delivered within 30 business days of placing the order. Delivery is handled by CTT.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
        \n
      1. Shipping costs are added to the order.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        Article 5 \u2013 Prices<\/h2>\n

        1. Prices are to be understood in Euros, with taxes and fees included, taking into account the VAT in force on the date of payment of the order.<\/p>\n

        2. If there is an increase in the price of any product, the User will be informed immediately and may choose to receive their order (paying the difference) or cancel it.<\/p>\n

        Article 6 \u2013 Cancellation and Refund<\/h2>\n

        1. The cancellation or refund process is handled on a case-by-case basis by Algicel. The request must be sent in writing to the contact email address geral@algicel.pt<\/a>, up to 15 days after the order, with the instructions for cancellation or return of the merchandise being answered and defined by Algicel, through the same means of communication.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
            \n
          1. Whenever possible, the refund should be made using the same payment method, but if this is not possible, the user must present proof of payment and account or card ownership, so that the refund can be made via Bank Transfer.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
              \n
            1. Algicel undertakes to reimburse the User within a maximum period of 30 days.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

              4.1 Returned products must be in a saleable condition, that is, in the same condition in which they reached the User, without any anomaly or damage.<\/p>\n

              5. If the value resulting from the exchange of products in an order is lower or higher than the initial value of the same, the settlement conditions will be indicated by Algicel.<\/p>\n
