These are important measures that help maintain a healthy life and a sense of well-being.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>1. Drink more water<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>In winter it's common to reduce our water consumption, but it's essential to keep our bodies functioning properly. Drinking water every day also helps to build stronger antibodies, as well as moisturising the skin and throat. The ideal is to drink at least two litres of water a day.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><strong>2.  Take Astaxanthin supplements<\/strong><\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>With the hustle and bustle of everyday life, maintaining a balanced diet is a major challenge. Keep the room ventilated<\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>In winter we have the habit of closing the windows to make the room warmer, a practice that should be avoided as the air stops circulating, thus increasing the possibility of possible contagion by viral diseases such as Covid-19. For this reason, it's important to keep spaces ventilated and windows half open.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><strong><strong><strong><strong>5. Maintain a balanced diet<\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>Eating a healthy diet helps us to keep our immunity high, which is essential during a period of low temperatures. That's why we should eat fruit and vegetables, which provide the body with nutrients and vitamins.
