Our bodies need water to function properly. If we don't drink enough, our skin will suffer the consequences, as it is the last organ to be moisturised. As the temperature rises in summer, it can become drier and fine expression lines more visible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-2-nutrir\">2. <strong><strong>Nourish<\/strong><\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Our diet has a huge impact on skin health. By increasing our intake of fruit and vegetables, which are rich in vitamins, minerals and antioxidants, we can achieve a radiant complexion (firm, moisturised and radiant). To boost results, we recommend using moisturising oils and serums rich in antioxidants. As well as products containing vitamins A, C and E, minerals and polyphenols that provide the skin with proper nutrition. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In addition, astaxanthin supplements have been scientifically proven to be able to <a href=\"https:\/\/algicel.pt\/en\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">preserving skin health<\/a>It also reduces skin wrinkles and the size of age-related spots, as well as improving the elasticity, texture and hydration of the skin.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-3-proteger\">3. <strong>Protect<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Sunscreen is your best friend. If you do receive direct sunlight, wear a wide-brimmed hat and sunglasses to protect your face.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-5-limpar\"><strong>5. Clear<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>With high temperatures we tend to perspire more and all this moisture accumulates on the skin and can clog pores. Cleansing your face twice a day will help prevent the appearance of blackheads, pimples and other types of blemishes. Another important point is <a href=\"https:\/\/onbetterliving.com\/summer-skincare-tips\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">exfoliation<\/a>. Skin can become a little oilier in the warmer months, which means there's more dirt that needs to be removed.
