Here are some tips for a strong immune system during the warmer months.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-1-seja-adepto-de-desporto\">1.&nbsp;<strong>Be a sports fan<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>By exercising, blood circulation improves and inhibits the release of stress-related hormones, contributing to a healthy immune system. For the elderly, at least 150 minutes of moderate aerobic activity per week and two days of muscle-strengthening activities are recommended. People who lead a sedentary lifestyle are much more likely to catch the flu and other viruses.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-2-durma-o-suficiente\">2.&nbsp;<strong>Get enough sleep<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>How much and how well we sleep contributes to a stable immune system. Its deficiency can cause body aches, hormonal problems, muscle weakness and much more. In addition to sunlight, we can also ingest&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.healthline.com\/nutrition\/vitamin-c-benefits\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">vitamin D<\/a>&nbsp;consuming mushrooms and egg yolk.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-6-vitamina-c\"><strong>&nbsp;6. Vitamin C<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Ingesting vitamin C prevents infections and can even reduce their severity and duration.
