And that's its function: to fulfil our body's nutritional deficiencies. Among the most widely consumed are vitamins, fish oils, minerals and now astaxanthin, popularly known as the most powerful natural antioxidant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-quem-deve-tomar-os-suplementos-alimentares\"><strong>Who should take food supplements?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Anyone looking to maintain a balanced and nutritious diet can take supplements.
